Job summary

GMH Associates seeks a Senior Human Resources Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations onsite in Newtown Square, PA across multiple locations and business entities.

You will manage onboarding, employee changes, performance management, investigations, and leave administration while maintaining HRIS accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local laws. The role requires hands-on ADP experience and strong communication, confidentiality, and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 4–5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably as an HR Generalist.
• Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now and ADP Time and Attendance.

Responsibilities

• Support daily HR operations across multiple locations.
• Manage onboarding, changes, transfers, promotions, and separations.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data integrity.
• Advise managers on policies and HR practices.
• Develop and improve HR processes and procedures.
• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Assist with workplace investigations and employee relations.
• Support payroll data review and timekeeping.
• Coordinate background checks and onboarding requirements.
• Assist with leave administration and compliance with laws.
