Job summary

firstPRO, Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Generalist / HR Business Partner to join its Wayne, PA HR team. This hands-on role supports employee relations, recruiting, performance management, compliance, and HR process improvements in a 100% onsite environment.

The ideal candidate has 3–7 years in HR Generalist/HRBP roles, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive, collaborative approach. Offering up to $48/hour, OT, a 15% bonus, 401(k) match, and paid time off, this is a stable, team-focused

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field preferred.
• 3–7 years of HR Generalist or HRBP experience.
• Strong full-cycle recruiting and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification a plus.
• Proficiency with HRIS, Microsoft Office, and HR reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations, investigations, performance management, and concerns.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, offers, onboarding.
• Partner with managers on workforce planning and talent development.
• Support annual performance reviews and training programs.
• Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes, HRIS, reporting, and efficiency.
• Maintain records and ensure compliance with employment laws.
• Collaborate with HR leadership on special projects.
