Job summary

HAZA Group is seeking an HR Generalist to support Wendy's and Taco Bell franchise operations in a multi-unit retail environment. The role focuses on employee relations, investigations, and HRIS management to ensure compliant, efficient people processes.

You will collaborate with store leaders to deliver strong people programs and data-driven insights. Ideal candidates bring 3–5+ years of HR experience in restaurant settings, strong knowledge of labor laws, and proficiency with HR systems and MS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
• 3–5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in multi-unit retail or restaurant operations.
• Experience managing employee relations and workplace investigations.
• Knowledge of labor and employment laws affecting restaurant environments.
• Experience working with HRIS and workforce management systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams; ability to analyze data, create reports, and develop presentations.
