Job summary

DH Talent Partners is seeking a hands-on Human Resources Generalist to support a growing multi-unit restaurant organization. You will partner with operations and leadership to manage recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, benefits, and HR administration across locations.

The role emphasizes building consistent people practices, maintaining records, and collaborating on staffing needs, training, and development in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous HR Generalist or HR Manager experience.
• Restaurant, hospitality, retail, or multi-unit experience preferred.
• Knowledge of employment law, employee relations, and HR compliance.
• Experience with recruiting, onboarding, benefits, and HRIS/payroll systems.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters professionally.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing organization.
• Ability to travel between locations as needed.
