Job summary

Wendy's, via HAZA Group, seeks an HR Generalist to support multi-unit restaurant operations with employee relations, investigations, and HRIS workflows. The role emphasizes partnering with leaders to ensure compliant HR practices and effective workforce planning.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor's in HR or related field, 3–5+ years of HR experience, and strong MS Office/HRIS skills to analyze data, create reports, and develop presentations. This is a full-time on-site opportunity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business admin, or related field.
• 3–5+ years HR experience in multi-unit retail/restaurants.
• Experience handling employee relations and investigations.
• Knowledge of labor laws affecting restaurants.
• Experience with HRIS and workforce systems.
• Proficient in MS Office; data analysis and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• 3–5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably supporting multi-unit retail or restaurant operations
• Experience managing employee relations and workplace investigations
• Knowledge of labor and employment laws affecting restaurant environments
• Experience working with HRIS and workforce management systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams; ability to analyze data, create reports, and develop presentations
