Job summary

Qualifications

• B.S./B.A. in Business, Human Resources Management, or related field and 3-5 years HR experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct strategic HR partnership to the Director of Area Operations and District Managers.
• Design, implement, and monitor staffing strategies to attract and retain talent across the market.
• Lead talent planning, succession, development, and employee relations initiatives.
• Drive HR operations, compensation/benefits programs, engagement surveys, and reporting.
