Zusammenfassung

Delavan Holdings seeks an experienced HR professional to manage policies, compliance, and employee programs across six affiliated companies in multiple states. You will lead policy updates, leave administration (FMLA, ADA), and HR data maintenance in Paylocity while coordinating enterprise HR initiatives.

Requirements include multi-entity HR experience, strong employment-law knowledge, and proven project-management skills; on-site work in Delavan, WI is required. Paylocity experience is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Experience handling HR across multiple entities, locations, or states.
• Knowledge of state employment laws applicable to multiple states.
• Leave administration experience including workers' compensation.
• Strong project management across several companies and long timelines.
• Experience with an HRIS; Paylocity is trainable.

Aufgaben

• Write, update, and maintain HR policies and employee handbooks across all six companies.
• Track multi-state employment law changes in Wisconsin, Illinois, Iowa and Minnesota and translate them into policy and practice.
• Administer FMLA, state leaves, ADA accommodations, and return-to-work coordination.
• Manage workers' compensation, unemployment, wage/hour claims, and EEOC charges.
• Own notices, postings, compliance audits, reporting, and maintenance of employee and leave data in Paylocity.
• Project-manage enterprise HR programs across business units, including performance appraisals, engagement surveys, and policy rollouts.
