Frank Liquor Company Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support multiple business units and locations from our Middleton, WI onsite team. You will handle HR duties including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits changes, HRIS administration, and compliance audits.

You will assist with full-cycle talent needs, leave management, safety compliance, performance and compensation processes, and HR reporting to drive efficiency and policy adherence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR experience required.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin or related field.
• Strong MS Office skills: Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Manage full-cycle recruitment and job boards; participate in hiring committee; extend offers.
• Assist onboarding scheduling and sessions; support HR Specialist.
• Handle employee status changes and benefit updates; complete system changes.
