Job summary

UNIS is seeking an HR Generalist to provide hands-on HR and administrative support across multiple locations, reporting to the Regional HR Manager. You will support the employee lifecycle from onboarding through separation, assist with inquiries, HR documentation, leave administration, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations.

The role requires a highly organized, detail‑oriented individual with strong communication and problem‑solving skills, capable of navigating multi-state HR processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR/Business/Industrial Psychology or related field.
• 3–5+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR practices (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, Title VII).
• Experience with HRIS/ATS and HR analytics/technology.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR administration across multiple locations.
• Assist with onboarding, personnel changes, records, reporting, and HRIS updates.
• Handle leave, benefits, workers' compensation, and attendance processes.
