Job summary

LotusWorks is seeking an HR Generalist to provide hands-on HR support across the employee lifecycle, partnering with managers and staff to foster development, relations, performance, and wellbeing in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.

You will coach managers, support talent planning and employee relations, analyze HR data, implement policies, deliver training, and coordinate immigration matters. Travel up to 20% across US sites is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
• Proficient in HR policies, practices, and employment law.
• Experience supporting employee relations, performance management, and manager coaching.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive employee matters with discretion.
• Comfortable working across multiple sites and partnering with employees and managers at various levels.

Responsibilities

• Coach managers and teams to solve problems and develop talent.
• Support employee well-being programs and initiatives.
• Plan and develop top performers; support talent reviews.
• Address conflicts, investigate complaints, and implement resolution plans.
• Leverage people analytics to support KPIs and HR audits.
• Translate and implement HR policies locally with standardized processes.
• Deliver management and employee training; support performance processes.
• Coordinate visa/work-permit activities and life-cycle changes.
• Participate in ad hoc HR projects and cross-site collaboration.
