Job summary

LotusWorks seeks an experienced HR Generalist to support the employee lifecycle and partner with managers across multiple sites. You will coach teams, handle employee relations, and ensure consistent policy application while driving talent development and HR initiatives.

The role requires strong communication, discretion, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced, multi-site environment with up to 20% travel across US sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business or related field.
• Active PHR/SHRM-CP preferred where applicable.
• Proof of education, licenses, and certifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Coaching Managers and their teams to solve problems and develop talent.
• Support org development and change management initiatives.
• Provide guidance on career development, performance improvement, and policy navigation.
• Support employee well-being and HR program delivery.
• Partner with immigration counsel on visas and work permits.
• Lead HR processes locally with standardized execution.
• Assist with annual performance and talent reviews.
• Investigate employee concerns and manage progressive discipline.
• Leverage people analytics to inform HR audits and KPI tracking.
• Travel up to 20% across US sites.
