Base pay range

$90,000.00/yr - $105,000.00/yr

The HR Generalist will play a vital role in supporting the Human Resources department within the manufacturing sector. This position will focus on implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and supporting recruitment efforts -- MANUFACTURING AND UNION EXPERIENCE ARE REQUIRED.

Description

• Manage employee relations and act as a point of contact for HR-related queries.
• process site payroll and lead all recruitment efforts for the plant.
• Work alongside a unionized work staff.
• Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Administer employee benefits and handle payroll-related tasks.
• Provide guidance on company policies and procedures to employees and management.
• Support performance management processes and employee development programs.
• Collaborate with department managers to address workforce planning and organizational development needs.
