Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years HR experience in manufacturing/industrial environment.
• PHR certification preferred.
• Knowledge across ER, TA, benefits, compensation, performance management, compliance.
• Experience partnering with leaders and employees in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders and employees to provide HR guidance across ER, staffing, benefits, training, performance management, and organizational development.
• Administer HR policies and ensure effective implementation.
• Develop and maintain employee handbooks and HR policies.
• Identify staffing needs and develop strategic workforce plans for client groups.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for exempt, non-exempt and other positions.
• Coordinate new employee orientations and onboarding initiatives.
• Provide guidance on compensation, performance management, and development programs.
• Support benefits administration including questions, claims, changes, invoicing and communications.
• Coach managers and employees on employee relations matters including performance concerns and terminations.
