Job summary

The Campbell's Company is seeking an HR Generalist to support a fast-paced manufacturing facility in Charlotte. You will handle employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, and benefits administration, ensuring policy compliance and a high-performance work culture.

Requirements include an Associate's degree and 2+ years in HR Generalist roles; Bachelor's degree preferred. Travel is possible 20–25%. This is a full-time on-site position with competitive benefits and salary benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required.
• 2+ years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in manufacturing or supply chain, or supervisory experience handling employee relations.

Responsibilities

• HR Business Partnering: support client base with performance management, recruiting, and engagement initiatives.
• Assist with strategies to improve recruiting, orientation, mentoring, development & retention.
• Interpret and administer employee policies and procedures; resolve issues across hourly and management levels.
• Coordinate site activities with Leadership Team (Town Halls, events, meetings).
• HRIS administration: manage transactions related to policies, compensation, benefits, leave, and systems.
• Payroll support, invoicing, onboarding, employee records, reporting, and HR systems maintenance.
