Qualifications

• 2-4 years of HR experience in a generalist role

Responsibilities

• Administer benefits programs (health insurance, leave policies, retirement plans)
• Support recruitment by sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires
• Assist in employee relations and resolve workplace issues
• Conduct performance reviews and support career development
• Ensure legal compliance with EEO, FMLA, and other employment laws
• Manage HR records, payroll administration, and employee data maintenance
• Coordinate and conduct employee training programs
• Implement HR policies and procedures to improve culture and satisfaction
