Job summary

gpac seeks a versatile Human Resources Generalist to oversee day-to-day HR operations in a well-established manufacturing environment. Scope includes recruiting, employee relations, benefits, payroll, safety, training, and HR compliance.

You will partner with employees and leadership to support programs, ensure regulatory adherence, and drive operational HR initiatives with discretion and hands-on execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR or related experience.
• Associate degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, recruiting, benefits, and employment regulations.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and orientation.
• Oversee employee relations, performance management, and terminations.
• Administer benefits, compensation, bonuses, and rewards.
• Coordinate bi-weekly payroll and related audits.
• Ensure OSHA safety investigations and reporting.
• Develop employee training and companywide meetings.
• Maintain HR policies and handbook.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws.
• Provide daily HR support to staff and management.
• Assist with additional HR initiatives as needed.
