Qualifications

• Experience as an HR Generalist or broad-based HR role, manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted HR partner to employees and leaders across the facility.
• Support full-cycle HR operations including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation.
• Assist with recruiting and hiring for hourly and salaried roles.
• Help administer benefits, leave programs, and employee wellness initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
• Support training, development, and engagement initiatives.
• Handle employee concerns with professionalism, empathy, and discretion.
• Partner with plant leadership to support workforce planning and organizational needs.
