Job summary

Press-Seal-Corporatio is seeking an HR Generalist to support hourly manufacturing recruiting, payroll, onboarding, benefits administration, leave management, compliance, and performance management.

You will partner with employees and leaders to foster a positive workplace culture while ensuring adherence to employment laws and company policies in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. This on-site role emphasizes full-cycle HR services and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required or preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of HR experience
• SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP/PHR certification preferred
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly, non-exempt roles.
• Support onboarding, payroll, benefits, leave management, and compliance workflows.
• Assist with training programs and leadership development initiatives.
• Analyze turnover trends and support retention initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
