Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or business or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years of HR experience in a manufacturing setting.
• In-depth knowledge of HR policies, safety programs, and compliance.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and interpret HR policies and procedures.
• Manage employee relations and communications to maintain a positive environment.
• Investigate and resolve employee complaints with coaching as needed.
• Assist with training program development and recordkeeping.
• Maintain HRIS records and generate reports as required.
• Act as a company representative in community relations and recruiting.
