Job summary

Design Ready Controls Inc. is seeking an Human Resources Generalist to serve as the primary HR business partner for the Albert Lea, MN facility.

The role supports leaders and employees, driving engagement, performance, and organizational effectiveness while ensuring compliance with laws and policies. Working with the onsite HR Coordinator, you will handle onboarding, employee events, and HR initiatives to deliver a seamless employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field or 5+ years HR Generalist experience.
• SHRM-CP/PHR or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary HR partner for the Albert Lea facility with leaders and employees.
• Partner on employee relations, performance management, attendance, and workforce planning.
• Coach leaders through complex situations with fairness and confidentiality.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and policies.
