Zero Zone is a leading manufacturer of display cases and refrigeration systems, seeking an HR Generalist to partner with divisional leaders and drive people initiatives.

You will administer HR strategies, ensure policy compliance, and support talent acquisition, training, and employee relations across its manufacturing divisions in WI, MN, and IA. A strong foundation in HRIS and confidentiality is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business is preferred.
• Minimum of five years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures as well as safety programs.
• Proficiency in an HRIS system and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented.
• High level of confidentiality and integrity.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in the development, implementation, and interpretation of Human Resource policies, practices and procedures
• Manage employee relations activities and communications, maintaining positive work environment
• Investigate and resolve employee complaints, providing coaching and facilitation as needed
• Assist with the creation, development and implementation of employee training programs to meet current and future business needs and maintain employee training records
• Maintain human resource information system records and compiles reports from the database
• Act as a key company representative in community relations, establishing a strong presence in the local community
• Responsible for talent acquisition in line with budgeted expectations and organizational goals, tracking of applicant data, and reporting as needed
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal and state employment law and compliance requirements
