Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience in manufacturing or multi-site environments.
• Experience with employee relations investigations and HR programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support on employee relations, investigations, and policy interpretation.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws; oversee onboarding and benefits.
• Support payroll timekeeping and benefits enrollment; maintain HR records.
• Partner with leadership to foster inclusive culture and manage performance.
