Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking an on-site Human Resources partner to support designated facilities with employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, training, HR systems, and analytics.

You will collaborate with site leadership, maintain HR records, develop dashboards, and ensure compliance across multiple locations while traveling between facilities as needed. A Bachelor's in HR/Business and three years HR experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development or related field; equivalent combo of education and experience.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive HR experience; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, employee relations, compliance, and analytical skills.
• Experience with HRIS systems and HR reporting; intermediate Excel skills with PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, conditional formatting, data validation; data analytics.
• Experience creating HR dashboards or scorecards; Power BI or Tableau preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition to identify workforce needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Facilitate onboarding, orientation, and training activities.
• Serve as a trusted HR resource to employees and leaders.
• Support HR technology platforms including HRIS, payroll, LMS, and self-service tools.
• Maintain attendance, workforce, and employee records with data integrity.
• Develop and distribute HR reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Analyze turnover, retention, attendance, staffing levels, and engagement trends.
• Conduct or support HR audits and employee data reviews.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and performance management processes.
• Provide guidance on leave processes and ensure legal compliance.
• Travel regularly to multiple facilities to ensure policy consistency.
