Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking an HR professional to provide comprehensive support to the HR Manager and leadership across multiple facilities in the Sidney, OH area. You will manage employee relations, talent acquisition, workforce engagement, and HR analytics to improve the employee experience and organizational effectiveness.

The role requires collaboration with site leaders, travel to designated facilities, and a strong foundation in HRIS, payroll, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field, or equivalent.
• Minimum of three (3) years of progressive HR experience; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, employee relations, compliance, and analytical skills.
• Experience with HRIS systems and HR reporting.
• Intermediate Excel skills including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting, IF statements, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to identify workforce needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Facilitate onboarding, orientation, and training activities.
• Serve as a trusted HR resource to employees and leaders.
• Maintain HR records and ensure data integrity; develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Support employee engagement, investigations, and performance management processes.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws; travel to multiple sites.
