Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking an on-site HR Partner to provide comprehensive HR support to facility leadership and employees across multiple plants. You will handle employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, and workforce analytics while ensuring policy compliance and data integrity.

You will collaborate with site leaders, manage HRIS and reporting, and travel between facilities to align programs and drive engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years of progressive Human Resources experience required; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with HRIS systems and HR reporting.
• Intermediate Excel skills including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting, IF statements, Data Validation, and workforce data analysis.
• Experience creating HR reports and scorecards; Power BI or Tableau dashboards preferred.
• Travel between facilities is required to ensure consistent implementation of policies, programs, and initiatives.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition to identify workforce needs and support recruitment strategies.
• Facilitate onboarding, orientation, and training activities.
• Serve as a trusted HR resource to employees and leaders.
• Assist with HR technology platforms including HRIS, payroll, learning management systems, and self-service tools.
• Maintain attendance, workforce, and employee records with data integrity.
• Develop, maintain, and distribute HR reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Analyze turnover, retention, attendance, staffing levels, and engagement trends.
• Conduct audits of HR systems and employee data; support employee engagement initiatives.
• Assist leaders with performance management and leave guidance.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Travel to multiple facilities to support policy implementation and consistency across sites.
