H MART Headquarters in Lyndhurst, NJ, seeks an HRBP/generalist to serve as the primary HR contact for multiple sites, ensuring policy application and consistency across departments. You will handle employee relations, investigations, and disciplinary actions with discretion.

The role requires 3–5 years in HR, a Bachelor’s in HR or related field, and strong knowledge of employment laws. Responsibilities include onboarding/offboarding and benefits support in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience in a generalist/HRBP role
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build trust with diverse teams

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR point of contact for designated office/factory/retail departments
• Communicate and apply HR policies, procedures, and handbook
• Handle employee relations matters with empathy and fairness; conduct investigations
• Manage disciplinary actions with factual documentation and compliance
• Maintain accurate employee records and facilitate onboarding/offboarding processes
• Collaborate with safety/compliance teams for factory HR practices
• Provide coaching to managers on performance, discipline, and conflicts
• Support benefits enrollment and inquiries
