Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of customer service, HR, leave administration, or employee support experience.
• Knowledge of federal and state leave regulations, including FMLA and disability programs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and other business applications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for employees regarding leave-related questions and requests.
• Interpret and administer leave policies, including FMLA, disability, and other applicable leave programs.
• Assist employees in understanding available leave options and required documentation.
• Advise managers and HR partners on leave-related policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Support the HR team by gathering, reviewing, and maintaining leave-related documentation and records.
• Ensure accurate processing and tracking of leave requests.
• Help resolve employee concerns and provide guidance throughout the leave management process.
• Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee information.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure a positive employee experience and consistent policy application.
