Job summary

The Fay Group is seeking an HR Generalist to support administration, execution and improvement of HR programs across the employee lifecycle. You will own leave of absence and accommodation processes, coordinate vendors, and ensure compliance with laws and policies.

In this role you will back up HR operations, assist with onboarding, terminations, and reporting. Collaboration with managers, employees, and cross-functional partners is essential to success, especially during transitions and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent combination of years of experience with High School Diploma/ GED)
• 3+ years' progressive Human Resources experience supporting a broad range of HR functions
• 1+ years' direct experience administering leave of absence programs and workplace accommodations
• Experience partnering with employees, managers, vendors and cross-functional partners
• Ability to interpret policies, exercise sound judgment and communicate with employees, leaders and external partners
• Strong MS Word, Excel and Outlook skills; UKG HRIS preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills across organization levels
• Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to drive programs end-to-end
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain relationships
• Strong analytical skills to produce and trend reporting
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with sound judgment
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines

Responsibilities

• Support administration and continuous improvement of HR programs and processes
• Serve as primary administrator for leave of absence and workplace accommodation programs
• Manage related case activities, vendor coordination, compliance and employee support
• Own the monthly Executive Welcome program and assist with workforce transitions
• Support acquisitions, employee transitions, reporting and special projects
• Provide backup for onboarding, data entry, terminations and HR operations
