Job summary

Consulting Solutions in Irving, TX is seeking an experienced HR Generalist II to lead leave and disability administration within a large corporate environment. You will manage leave cases from intake to return-to-work, applying FMLA, ADA, ERISA and state regulations.

The role requires strong communication, confidentiality, and the ability to navigate multiple cases while partnering with HR, benefits providers, and managers. 12-month contract, travel up to 25% domestically.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of leave administration or disability case management.
• Direct experience managing FMLA and disability cases.
• Strong knowledge of ADA, FMLA, ERISA, and state/federal regulations.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases independently.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate leave intake and determine eligibility.
• Manage leave cases from initiation to return-to-work.
• Administer statutory and company leave programs.
• Review medical documentation related to leave and disability.
• Maintain accurate leave records and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with HR, benefits providers, and managers.
