Job summary

PDI Technologies, Inc. is seeking an HR professional to partner with HRBPs, deliver day-to-day HR support, and drive employee relations, recruiting, and people processes across designated functions.

You will work closely with managers to address routine needs and escalate higher-risk matters as needed. The role emphasizes supporting HR programs, preparing job descriptions, coordinating workflows in Salesforce and Enboarder, and contributing to talent initiatives in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in HR, business, or related field.
• 2+ years of progressive HR experience supporting managers and employees.
• Experience handling day-to-day HR questions, employee relations, and people processes.
• Experience leading HR projects or programs from planning through execution.
• Experience supporting recruiting activities: posting, screening, interviewing, and coordinating.
• Strong writing skills for job descriptions, communications, and performance docs.
• Excellent organization to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support to managers and employees, coaching on HR policies.
• Handle routine employee relations matters with guidance from HRBP.
• Draft and update job descriptions and coordinate workflows in HR systems.
• Support recruiting activities from intake to offer, including candidate communications.
• Guide managers in using HR processes, Lever, and related tools.
• Serve as HR contact for employee transitions: onboarding, transfers, exits.
• Assist with climate surveys and action planning across departments.
