Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum five years in HR Generalist/Operations.
• Experience with recruiting, onboarding, payroll, commissions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR resource for Austin and San Antonio employees and managers; guide routine HR processes and policies.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting and coordinate offers, background checks, and pre-employment requirements.
• Coordinate onboarding across HR, payroll, IT, policy, and training; ensure day‑one readiness.
• Backup for semi‑monthly/biweekly payroll; review changes and reconciliations.
• Manage benefits enrollment, inquiries, and annual open enrollment communications.
• Maintain audit-ready HR records; support ACA, EEO-1, compliance training, and audits.
• Maintain accurate employee data in ADP Workforce Now and other HRIS; run HRIS reports.
• Draft employee communications and support HR leadership on companywide initiatives.
• Develop SOPs, templates, and trackers; drive process improvements.
