Job summary

Texas Corrugators A Race Rock Company seeks an HR Generalist to oversee day-to-day HR operations in Texas. Responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, benefits coordination, payroll, employee support, training records, and HR reporting.

The role partners with leadership to maintain records, communicate expectations, and foster a respectful workplace. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, with 3–5 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HR practices, employee support & relations, staffing, and training.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 3–5 years related experience acceptable to hiring manager.
• Strong Excel skills and ADP Workforce Now experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly positions, including onboarding coordination.
• Process weekly/biweekly payroll and verify payroll data.
• Coordinate benefits enrollment, open enrollment, and life-event changes.
• Maintain employee training records and HR documentation with confidentiality.
• Respond to employee questions and advise managers on HR matters.
