Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations, Business, Human Resources, or equivalent experience.
• Certification in HR is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, and reference-check applicants.
• Update job descriptions to align with HR objectives.
• Process new-hire paperwork including background checks and drug testing.
• Support wage and benefit survey analysis and HR reporting.
• Plan onboarding strategies and conduct new-employee orientation.
• Conduct exit interviews and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Support employee relations with counseling as needed.
• Answer employee inquiries about policies and programs.
• Maintain HRIS with accurate personnel records.
