Parker Hannifin is seeking an HR Generalist II to lead end-to-end HR support across the employee lifecycle. You will manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, engagement and development, retention, and separation procedures.

Reporting to the Division HR Leader or HR Manager, this role collaborates with multiple teams to advance HR initiatives, apply governance, and drive talent actions with analytics and reporting for management decisions.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Exposure to manufacturing environments and/or union/labor relations beneficial.
• Strong analytical and technology skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with varied audiences; build relationships.
• HR certification in progress or completed beneficial (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).

Responsabilidades

• Oversee recruitment by creating requisitions, screening applicants, and managing the recruitment process; ensure compliance.
• Conduct job evaluations and wage/benefit review development; analyze pay data.
• Educate managers on feedback, documentation, and development; support learning pathways and succession planning.
• Lead talent reviews and performance assessments; deploy talent management best practices.
• Administer engagement surveys; analyze feedback and initiate action plans for improvement.
• Conduct timely investigations and provide recommendations for resolution of employee relations issues.
• Counsel management on conflict resolution and negotiation.
• Lead organizational training on HR policies, development, and compliance.
• Utilize analytics to evaluate talent data and present management with insights and recommendations.
• Coordinate benefits enrollment and team member engagement activities; support change management.
• Model collaboration and agility within High-Performance Teams.
