Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• HR experience including internships, co-ops, or entry-level roles.
• Ability to communicate effectively to varied audiences.
• Exposure to manufacturing environments and/or familiarity with union/labor relations is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment by creating requisitions, screening applicants, and managing recruitment process.
• Create offer packages and conduct background checks.
• Ensure compliance with EEO, state and government regulations during all talent acquisition activities.
• Participate in job evaluations and job description development; analyze pay data for wage/benefit review.
• Implement talent-related projects such as talent reviews and performance assessments.
• Administer engagement surveys and promote participation across locations.
• Counsel management in resolution of employee relations issues, investigate complaints.
• Lead HR training on policies, development, and compliance.
• Utilize analytics to evaluate talent data and present actionable insights to management.
• Coordinate annual benefits program enrollment and engagement activities.
