Qualifications

• Education: University Degree (or international equivalent).
• Minimum Experience: 4 to 6+ years.

Responsibilities

• Interfaces with functional and operational leaders on openings.
• Reviews resumes and creates candidate pools.
• Develops interview and selection process.
• Creates recommendations for offers.
• Partners with leaders to complete performance and talent management cycle.
• Ensures consistent application of HR practices.
• Develop and administer local training.
• Work with managers to identify best utilization of corporate sponsored training.
• Ensure development plans are completed by managers and employees.
• Address complex questions and concerns from managers and employees.
• Responsible for challenging employee grievances.
• May liaise with unions or works councils.
• Administer the annual merit process.
• Address questions on compensation and benefits.
• Conduct reporting and analytics as needed.
• May supervise team members.
• Assign and prioritize team tasks.
