Job summary

Paligen Technologies is seeking an HR Generalist II in Tampa, FL to support HR operations across the employee lifecycle. You will drive onboarding, payroll administration, HR data management, compliance, and employee engagement. Qualifications

• 3–5 years in HR operations, payroll support, or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Working knowledge of HRIS, ATS, payroll platforms, and timekeeping processes; HR analytics preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with data confidentiality and integrity.
• Excellent communication and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Support HR processes across the employee lifecycle including recruiting, onboarding, payroll, and data management.
• Lead onboarding/offboarding workflows with IT, payroll, and business units.
• Maintain HRIS files and confidential records; audit for data integrity.
• Process payroll updates and resolve discrepancies; handle multi-state considerations.
• Generate HR reports and support dashboards and continuous improvement.
• Assist with policy development, compliance reporting, and regulatory postings.
• Support employee engagement, training, safety programs, and culture initiatives.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and HR data-driven initiatives.
