Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of HR support, recruiting coordination, or related administrative experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust, communicate with empathy, and support employees in a positive and respectful manner.
• Solid organizational and administrative abilities, including managing multiple tasks with accuracy and care.
• Familiarity with HR systems, HRIS platforms, and basic data entry practices; comfort learning new tools and processes.
• Understanding of HR policies, employment regulations, and general HR best practices.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality at all times.
• A proactive mindset with genuine interest in helping others and improving processes.
• Strong collaboration skills and willingness to partner with teammates, hiring managers, and HR leaders.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Support a welcoming recruitment experience by conducting phone screens and coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, and ensuring timely updates throughout the hiring process.
• Guide new employees through a smooth and supportive onboarding journey, helping them feel informed, connected, and prepared for success.
• Maintain accurate HR records and employee data with care and attention to detail, ensuring information is reliable and up‑to‑date.
• Assist in monitoring and supporting compliance efforts, including documentation, policy adherence, and required training activities.
• Help foster a positive work environment by supporting employee engagement initiatives, listening for feedback, and helping connect employees with HR resources.
• Respond to employee questions with empathy and clarity, providing guidance or routing concerns to the appropriate HR partners.
• Partner with HR leaders and cross‑functional teams to support day‑to‑day HR operations and contribute to process improvements that enhance the employee experience.
• Provide administrative and logistical support across various HR programs, ensuring smooth coordination and thoughtful communication.
