You will handle payroll administration using ADP Workforce Now, onboarding, benefits support, employee relations, compliance, and HRIS management, while partnering with managers to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of Human Resources experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience processing payroll using ADP Workforce Now (WFN) required.
• Knowledge of HR laws, payroll practices, and employment compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Payroll Administration: Process biweekly payroll using ADP Workforce Now (WFN) and maintain records.
• HR Support: Serve as a first point of contact for HR policies, benefits, and procedures; support employee relations and investigations.
• Compliance & Reporting: Prepare HR reports, metrics, and audits; ensure compliance with laws and company policies; assist with safety and leave management.
