Job summary

True Rx Health Strategists is seeking a Human Resources Generalist II to oversee end-to-end HR operations across employee relations, process leadership, and compliance. This onsite role in Washington, IN requires a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and strict HIPAA confidentiality.

You will manage HRIS platforms (UKG preferred), mentor staff, and help drive HR initiatives while ensuring adherence to federal and state employment laws and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5 years of progressive HR generalist experience (healthcare or PBM industry experience preferred).
• SHRM-CP or PHR preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR compliance standards.
• Advanced organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence, coach, and build trust across all levels of the organization.
• High degree of confidentiality and professionalism, including compliance with HIPAA and all confidentiality regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS platforms required (UKG preferred).
