• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence, coach, and build trust across all levels of the organization.
• High degree of confidentiality and professionalism, including compliance with HIPAA and all confidentiality regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS platforms required (UKG preferred).

Role Summary

This position leads HR processes and manages complex employee relations matters while supporting departmental strategy. You will ensure HR compliance, work with HRIS platforms with UKG preferred, and maintain HIPAA confidentiality and other applicable confidentiality requirements.
