Job summary

Innovative Hematology, Inc. in Indianapolis seeks an experienced Human Resources Generalist to manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, performance management and employee relations.

You will partner with managers, ensure regulatory compliance, develop training programs, and support vendor relationships while handling sensitive information with discretion in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology, business or related field.
• Master’s degree in human resources, preferred.
• PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP or CEBS certification preferred.
• 5+ years healthcare HR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as front-line HR SME for managers and employees.
• Plan and conduct onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Lead recruitment activities for identified positions.
• Oversee HR programs and employee benefits inquiries.
• Ensure labor law and regulatory compliance and maintain personnel files.
