Tundra Technical Solutions in Herndon, VA, seeks an experienced HR Generalist II to provide day-to-day HR support, manage employee cases and partner with business leaders across employee relations and HR matters.

The ideal candidate has hands-on case management experience, strong communication, and the ability to coach managers and employees. Experience handling confidential matters in a large organization and knowledge of employment laws are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business, Psychology, or related field.
• 3+ years of HR experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with HR case management.
• Experience coaching employees and managers.
• Ability to manage confidential matters independently.
• Knowledge of employment laws in large organizations is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage HR cases and employee inquiries from intake through resolution
• Support employee relations, performance management, and general HR matters
• Conduct workplace investigations and document findings
• Partner with business leaders to provide HR guidance and coaching
• Research and interpret HR policies, procedures, and employment practices
• Collect and analyze HR information and provide recommendations
• Maintain accurate case documentation and follow established procedures
• Collaborate with HR partners and internal stakeholders on projects and initiatives
