Responsibilities

• Support employee relations cases and workplace investigations.
• Respond to employee and manager HR inquiries.
• Assist with performance management and compensation-related matters.
• Research HR policies, processes, and case details to determine appropriate next steps.
• Collect and analyze HR information and provide recommendations.
• Maintain accurate case documentation and follow established procedures.
• Partner with HR Business Partners, Legal, Compensation, and other internal teams.
• Communicate professionally with employees and managers throughout the case process.
