Job summary

New Hope Treatment Centers is seeking an HR Generalist II to support workers’ compensation, leave of absence, employee relations, and regulatory compliance. This role reports to the Supervisor – EE&T Risk & HR Operations and collaborates with employees, leaders, healthcare providers, insurers, and external agencies to ensure timely case coordination and policy adherence.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of human resources experience.
• Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software.
• Ability to pass background checks and screenings.

Responsibilities

• Support employee relations by handling concerns, policy interpretation, and documentation.
• Assist workplace investigations and prepare summaries for leadership.
• Support workers’ compensation processes and return-to-work coordination.
• Maintain confidential HR records and ensure compliance.
• Assist leave of absence and accommodation processes.
