Job summary

Lancesoft seeks an HR Generalist I to drive recruitment efforts in Gainesville, TX. You will manage the full hourly recruitment lifecycle, build candidate pipelines, and collaborate with internal and external partners to support organizational growth.

The role operates under supervision with an emphasis on proactive staffing, KPI tracking, and effective outreach to promote a diverse workforce. 3-month duration, standard hours on-site with potential remote Fridays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years HR/recruitment experience.
• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced corporate environments.
• Proficiency with multiple job boards and recruitment tools (LinkedIn preferred).
• Ability to conduct phone interviews and assess candidates.

Responsibilities

• Support staffing needs and monitor job market trends.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies for assigned areas.
• Manage end-to-end hourly recruitment process including posting, sourcing, interviewing, offers.
• Conduct reference checks and pre-employment assessments as needed.
• Build pipelines and engage passive talent to meet hiring goals.
