This role partners with hiring managers to source, screen, and onboard talent while ensuring HR administration and compliance.

You will lead recruitment efforts, maintain ATS and HRIS, and contribute to HR projects, policy updates, and staff onboarding.

Qualifikationen

• Associate's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent).
• At least 2 years in recruiting and general HR, healthcare preferred.
• Experience with ATS and HRIS (ADP).
• Strong interpersonal skills, communication abilities, and judgment.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

• Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts.
• Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities.
• Manage job postings, applicant tracking systems, and candidate communication.
• Conduct onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
• Assist with HR generalist duties.
• Support compliance efforts with employment laws and internal policies.
• Participate in HR projects, process improvements, and special initiatives.
• Provide HR support and guidance as necessary.
