• SHRM-CP certification and bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily HR operations including recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Administer pay, benefits, leave, and policy enforcement.
• Coordinate training and development for all employee levels including leadership.
• Conduct background checks and employment verifications.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Handle employee inquiries and assist with disciplinary matters as needed.
• Maintain HR records and support performance management initiatives.
• Support safety programs and health initiatives.
