Job summary

JennMar is seeking an HR Generalist I in Pittsburgh, PA to serve as the primary HR contact for multiple facilities. You will support payroll processing, benefits administration, employee records, and policy implementation while partnering with corporate HR and plant leadership.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, 3+ years HR experience, and proficiency with HRIS and ADP Workforce Now. Strong confidentiality and customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in HR, business, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years HR experience.
• Experience supporting multiple locations or manufacturing operations preferred.
• Experience processing payroll and HR administration required.
• ADP Workforce Now experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee personnel records and HRIS data.
• Process employment record changes including hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
• Ensure files and documentation meet policies and laws.
• Respond to questions regarding HR policies and procedures.
