Job summary

The Basilone Executive Search is seeking a Human Resources Specialist in Pittsburgh to support HR administration across manufacturing facilities. The role handles payroll processing, benefits administration, employee records, and policy implementation, partnering with corporate HR and plant leadership.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, SHRM-CP/PHR preferred, and at least 3 years HR experience, including payroll and ADP Workforce Now usage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
• Minimum 3 years HR experience required.
• Experience supporting multiple locations or manufacturing operations preferred.
• Experience processing payroll and HR administration required.
• Experience using ADP Workforce Now strongly preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.
• Process payroll and payroll data; resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate benefits enrollments and Open Enrollment activities.
• Communicate HR policies and provide employee relations support.
• Support compliance with employment laws and audits.
• Assist with onboarding, recruiting, and orientation.
